Gemini 3.5 Flash Released

Gemini 3.5 Flash has been released. It is significantly stronger than Gemini 3.1 Pro, but the token prices have tripled, from $0.5/$3 to $1.5/$9 per million tokens. For comparison, 3.1 Pro costs $2/$12 per million tokens for contexts under 200k. We will only find out how much the cost per task has realistically increased compared to the previous Flash after testing. The most important thing is that Google has seriously addressed the issues in agency and has especially enhanced the model in this regard. As an example, it was shown how Gemini 3.5 Flash wrote a small OS that can run Doom in 12 hours. The Pro model exists and is promised to be introduced next month; it is frightening to think about what prices they will set.
