Tinycorp has ported its own driver for Nvidia and AMD graphics cards to MacOS, and Apple approved it yesterday, so now you can connect graphics cards via USB/Thunderbolt without any hassle. Previously, eGPUs were only supported on Intel Macs, and Apple has not yet provided official support for M series chips. Unfortunately, the driver currently only works with the tinycorp framework - tinygrad, and their model support is extremely limited (the most current supported model on the official server is Qwen 3).
