Krisp is an AI-powered noise cancellation and meeting assistant designed to enhance the clarity and productivity of conversations during calls and recordings. It operates on a unified AI voice engine that effectively removes background noise, converts accents, and generates real-time transcripts and notes. Krisp offers several products: the AI Meeting Assistant for seamless transcription and note-taking across platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Slack; the Call Center AI for contact centers requiring real-time support with features such as Accent Conversion and Voice Translation; and the AI Voice SDK for developers to integrate Krisp's voice capabilities into their applications. Krisp supports transcription in English and 15 additional languages, ensuring accurate capture of industry-specific terminology through Custom Vocabulary. The mobile app allows users to record and transcribe in-person conversations and works offline, although Noise Cancellation is not yet available on mobile. Krisp accommodates all meeting types, making it a versatile tool for both online and hybrid environments.
